The annual Easter in the Park event is Saturday, April 3, beginning at 9 a.m. at Don Meredith Stadium off  Hwy. 37 South in Mount Vernon. Games, activities, races, and the egg hunt will be provided throughout the event for children of all ages. See the April 1 edition of the Optic-Herald for more details.
