Ed Joyce will be the guest speaker at the Franklin County Genealogical Society meeting at 7 p.m., Monday, April 19 at the Genealogy office at 110 E. Main Street in Mount Vernon. Mr. Joyce will present the program entitled, “Nicknames of Franklin County Residents.”  The public is invited to attend, as well as all members, to hear the presentation.
