Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

The first award of funds from the Harris and Irene St. Clair Endowment was marked with the presentation of checks totaling $4,588. The checks  were presented Monday, April 12 to representatives of the Friends of the Library, Mount Vernon Music Association, Lunches of Love (First United Methodist Church) and the Franklin County Historical Association.
