Mandy Starr of the American Legion Auxillary presents Kim Gatlin and Kim Basinger with a $1,000 donation for the local chapter of the Texas Nurses Association District 35. The chapter is made up of nursing professionals from Titus, Franklin, Morris, Camp, Lamar and Wood Counties. The organization provides education, lobby and legal support for its members.
