Charlene Donaghue, a co-librarian of the Franklin County Genealogical Society’s Board of Directors, will present the program “Beware of Boundary Changes.”  The program will be the focus of the society’s monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, May 17 at their office on the south side of the square.
