Chance Crane and Anna Hood were waist deep in books to be re-shelved in the newly renovated “tween through teen” reading area at the Franklin County Library Monday. The team of volunteers and staff members was working to have the youth section ready for use with the start of the library’s Summer Reading Program Tuesday, June 22.  Bethany Stephens and Emily Lawrence, neither available for the photo, assisted with the painting and re-shelving of books.
