Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

The Northeast Texas chapter of The Compassionate Friends, a grief support group for families who have had a child die, will meet on Thursday, July 1 at 7 p.m. at the Bogata First United Methodist Church. The group is a nonprofit self-help bereavement support organization for families that have experienced the death of a child.  For more information, see the July 1 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
