Religious groups and individuals from all across Franklin County are being urged to come together for a community prayer service focused on the new elementary school and the local school system as a whole.
The service is set for 11 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 22. Participants will gather in the Family Life Center at the First United Methodist Church. For more information, see the Aug. 19 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
