Sara Brannon, Masiah Willis and MyShaila Stanton learn from each other  at the sewing lab at First United Methodist Church. Basic steps in sewing with a sewing machine were taught in lunch and learn sessions last week during the Lunches of Love program. Lou Ann Rollins, AgriLife Extension Agent for Franklin County, and community volunteers taught groups of “tween” aged children how to use the machines safely. They sewed pillow cases for their own use.
