Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

A health fair, blood drive, and therapy open house is set for Thursday, Sept. 9 at Mission Manor Nursing Home at 501 Yates St. The event will be from 1 to 5 p.m. and will include tours of the newly expanded therapy gym.
