The Franklin County Genealogical Society will have it’s monthly meeting at 7 p.m. Monday, Sept. 20. The program will be first, with a short business meeting to follow. The program will be a video that was made of the Historical Walk through the City Cemetery on May 3, 2010. B.F. Hicks was the narrator.
