Gift cards and certificates are being gathered to create a gift wreath. The wreath will be used in fund-raising efforts by the Friends of the Franklin County Library. The wreath and all its prizes will be awarded to some lucky supporter after the annual Christmas Parade on Saturday, Dec. 4.
