Brooklyn Brashear dressed as a cowgirl witch and joined the more than 250 people attended the annual Halloween celebration at the Alamo Mission Museum
on Saturday, Oct. 30. Free hot dogs and drinks were provided as well as face painting, a fortune teller, and bobbing for apples. Hayrides were conducted throughout the evening by members of the Franklin County Sheriff’s Posse through the woods surrounding the Alamo’s grounds. See the Nov. 4 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald for more details from the event.
