The annual Community Thanksgiving Church Service in Franklin County is scheduled for 7 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 21 at the First Baptist Church in Mount Vernon. This year’s message will be given by Bro. Gerald Hood from the Lake Chapel House of Prayer. Everyone in the community is encouraged to attend the event to celebrate Thanksgiving.
