A wreath loaded with gift cards, coupons, and special offers valued at more than $1,154 is the prize being offered by the Friends of the Franklin County Library during their fund raising effort. Registration for the drawing to give away the special Christmas wreath is underway. A $5 donation is requested at the time of registration.
