The Franklin County American Association of Retired Persons Chapter #3703 will meet at 6 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 14 at the Senior Citizens Center. Members will share finger foods and desserts for the meal. Officers for 2011 will be installed, and Cassie Gammil will share special music with the group.
