Deborah Wooden was one of the two local individuals to be awarded $50 in Downtown Dollars by the Downtown Business Association in a drawing conducted on Friday, Dec. 10. The association conducts a drawing each year at Christmas time to promote shopping locally. Rosalie Hulsey also won $50 in Downtown Dollars.
