The Blevins home was named In-Town Division winner of the Christmas Decorating Contest. The Blevins home is located at 605 Highland Oaks in Mount Vernon. It is decorated with icicle lights hanging from the eaves, multi-colored lights on the bushes, and alternating light colors circling their trees to simulate candy canes.
