The Franklin County Relay for Life committee is planning a Cancer Survivor’s Dinner for Monday, April 25 at 6 p.m. Cancer survivors and their caregivers are encouraged to attend this celebration of life and hope which will be conducted at the First Baptist Church of Mount Vernon.
