Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

The new 2,500 square foot rectory for Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church was dedicated and blessed in ceremonies Monday, May 2. Bishop Álvaro Corrada, SJ, Bishop of the Diocese of Tyler, was on hand for the formal ceremonies. Approximately 100 attended the event and dinner which followed.
