Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Sign-up for those interested in becoming contestants in the 2011 Rodeo Queens contests will begin Monday, June 6. The contest is sponsored annually by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Posse. Contestants must live within a 100 mile radius of the Franklin County lines. Girls age 24 and under are eligible to participate. A registration fee or sponsorship is $50 per contestant.
