Frankie Cooper won the Franklin County Genealogical Society fund-raiser quilt top drawing. The hand-pieced “Moon and Stars” pattern quilt top is circa 1930, and was donated to to the organization by member Rae Harper, who found the unique quilt  top among her deceased mother Esther Carby’s possessions.
