Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Youth group members from the First Baptist Church of Mount Vernon have participated in a series of mission activities this week. Approximately 25 students and six adults worked on the projects. The week began with a service project at a residence in the 800 block of Miller St. The students re-roofed the home, replacing decking and trim work as needed.
