An ice cream sundae party will be conducted at 10 a.m. Thursday, July 28 on the plaza as a part of the Franklin County Library’s Summer Enrichment Program. Members of the community are encouraged to attend the event in which everyone will be given vanilla ice cream and all the toppings to create their own ice cream sundae.
