Chloe Cupp and Jerrilyn Hammond take advantage of all the toppings to prepare themselves an ice cream sundae on Thursday, July 28 on the downtown plaza.
The ice cream sundaes were provided free by the Franklin County Library as a part of the Summer Enrichment events planned for this year. More than 75 people came to enjoy ice cream.
