Franklin County Librarian Lisa Lawrence is seeking the community’s help in displaying different types of needlework at the library. People in the community are encouraged to bring pieces of needlework they have completed to display at the library during the month of August. Particular things sought include quilts, blankets, and other things that are framed. The display is being put in the library in preparation for a Sew and Tell event at the library at 6 p.m. Thursday, Sept. 1.
