Diana Duckworth is all smiles as she receives the Rotarian of the Year award for 2011 at the Mount Vernon club’s meeting on Friday, Aug. 5. Mrs. Duckworth currently serves as the second vice-president for the Rotary Club and is co-director for the club’s annual Tour de Cypress bike ride. She is a Rotary Paul Harris Fellow.
