The United Way of Franklin County Annual Kick-off Dinner will be at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 23 in the Rose Mary Jennings Memorial Hall. Attendance is for representatives of supporting businesses and organizations, as well as those supported by United Way funding.Those who received invitations are asked to confirm their attendance, including the number of their guests and associates who plan to attend.
