More than 500 participants have signed up to join the fun at the seventh annual Handicapable Rodeo on Friday, Sept. 23 at the Duke Arena. The event begins at 9 a.m. and activities wind down around 1:30 p.m. after a lunch of hot dogs, chips, cookies and soft drinks, with snacks of ice cream, and sno-cones.
