The drought has claimed another victory. The annual Franklin County Chamber of Commerce Stew Cook Off has been canceled because the burn ban does not allow outdoor cooking. In its place, the Chamber of Commerce plans to serve chicken spaghetti without the cooking competition. “There will be lots of people disappointed that there is no stew.
