More than 20 vendors will be set up at the Cultural Arts Center for a “Ladies Night Out” event. It will be tonight, Thursday, Nov. 10 from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $5 and will be available at the gate, and door prizes will be awarded throughout the event. The Cultural Arts Center is located at the corner of Rusk and Dallas streets, just west of downtown Mount Vernon.
