More than 20 decorated windows, many of them animated, will be unveiled in Mount Vernon at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Nov. 25. Decorated trees will be on display at the Old Depot Museum, and Christmas lights at the Cultural Arts Center will be lit that same evening.
