Tyler O’Bier, flanked by Noah, Jonah, and Luke McCraw, accept a food donation from Ron Barker. Scouts, parents and leaders with Mount Vernon Cub Scout Pack 271 and two members of Troop 271 conducted a door to door drive in Mount Vernon Saturday, Nov. 19. They collected more than 1,000 pounds of food items. Their annual “Scouting for Food” effort is used in the Christmas For All food baskets for needy families.
