The last chance to register to  “Win the Window” is this week. The opportunity is being offered by the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce. There is no cost to enter. Entry forms can be obtained from the businesses who donated items or at the Chamber office. A winner will be chosen during the Chamber of Commerce Open House from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 21.
