Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Volunteers were busy from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday distributing Christmas For All Food Baskets to families in need. The jointly conducted Christmas for All food basket and gift program has been declared a success by volunteers and coordinating organizations. Approximately 120 families with 228 children received gifts of toys and/or clothing and 156 families received food baskets.
