Danny Chitsey was named the 2011 Man of the Year by the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce at their banquet on Saturday, Jan. 28. Mr. Chitsey’s commitment to the Franklin County Sports Complex, fund raising efforts, and sweating with others to help construct each of the ball fields were key to his selection as the Man of the Year.
