Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Members of the community and staff at Mount Vernon Elementary School are participating in a P31 Fitness Program each weekday at the school. All women in the community are encouraged to attend the excercising event which includes cardio exercise, kickboxing, weight lifting, and palates.
