Rita Harris hands Harold Buck a plate of barbeque at the Franklin County Handicapable Rodeo organization’s annual July 4 fund-raising event in the Brookshire’s parking lot. The group’s efforts will support their annual rodeo event for handicapped individuals which is set for Sept. 21 at the Duke Arena.
