The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce recently recognized the residence of Dewayne and Kay Bolin on FM 900 as the winner of the July Rural Beauty Spot award. The yard features a variety of plants, bird a bath and several colorful ornaments. Nominations for the award can be given at the Chamber of Commerce office on Kaufman St.
