Karlee Fielden, Chloe Gruber, Levi Stinson, and Jerrilyn Hammond were a few of the 127 people that took advantage of an early morning ice cream treat on Thursday, July 19 on the plaza. The ice cream was provided as a part of the Franklin County Friends of the Franklin County Library Summer Enrichment program. Free watermelon will be served on the square Friday, Aug. 3 on National Watermelon Day.
