The staff at Mission Manor Nursing Home is conducting a birthday reception for five special residents who are 100 years or greater. The residents whose birthdays are being celebrated are Clarence Monroe (100), Dessie Crowston (100), Wanda Self (101), Gladys Branch (103), and Minnie Reeves (103). The event will be Thursday, Aug. 16 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. in the facility’s dining room. Cake and punch will be served. Everyone is invited to attend and wish these well.
