A ten gallon hat full of activities is planned around the annual Labor Day Rodeo this Friday, Saturday and Sunday,  Aug. 31 through Sept. 2 in Mount Vernon. That includes the All American Cowgirl Chicks performing pyrotechnic stunts. This is the 20th year of service to the county’s residents by the Franklin County Sheriff’s Posse.
