Volunteers are needed in a variety of capacities for the annual Franklin County Handicapable Rodeo on Friday, Sept. 21 at the Duke Riding Arena on CR SE3285. Each of the participants needs a buddy to see them through the activities of the day. More than 700 participants are expected for this year’s 10th annual Handicapable Rodeo.
