The annual Key Club CountryFest in Mount Vernon will celebrate its 38th year Saturday, Oct. 13. Festivities begin at 5:30 a.m. with the setup of contestants in the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce sponsored CountryFest Stew Cook-off.
