The Franklin County Chamber of Commerce is registering participants for their Merchant’s Halloween Dress-up and Window Decoration contests
as well as the 2012 Trick-or-Treat Around the Square set for Wednesday, Oct. 31. There is no cost to enter a business for either contest or as a treat stop.
