Members of the North Franklin Volunteer Fire Department will be hosts for a fish fry and Fall Festival on Saturday, Nov. 3 beginning at 5:30 p.m. Fried catfish with all the trimmings will be served for a donation. For more information, see the Nov. 1 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
