DPS Lt. George Harris presents Sr. Trooper Scott Lee with a Certificate of Retirement at Mr. Lee’s dinner conducted on Saturday, Oct. 27. Sr. Trooper Scott Lee was honored for his 26 years of service to the Texas Department of Public Safety. Approximately 200 people attended the event at the First Baptist Church of Mount Vernon.
