Employees at Mission Manor Nursing Home dressed as characters from the Wizard of Oz and took top honors as the business with the “Best Overall Theme”
and was awarded the traveling plaque in the Merchant’s Halloween Dress-Up Contest on Halloween Wednesday, Oct. 31. The judging was part of the annual Halloween celebration sponsored by the Franklin County Chamber of Commerce.
