Franklin County Child Protective Services Board and the Community In Schools program are again joining efforts to provide needed items for children at Christmas.
The Community In Schools’ elementary/intermediate office will be the clearing house for the community wide Angel gift for families with children in the Mount Vernon Independent School District. The Franklin County CPS Board will assist Franklin County families with pre-school age children. See the Nov. 8 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald for more information.
