Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

The Mount Vernon Optic-Herald will publish early the week of Nov. 19 in order for the papers to be in the mail before the Thanksgiving Day holiday. The post office will be closed Thursday.
The deadline for news and advertising will be at noon on Monday, Nov. 19. The newspaper will be printed sometime Tuesday and placed in the stands late Tuesday afternoon. The Optic-Herald office will close at noon on Wednesday, Nov. 21 and will be closed Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following, Nov. 22-23.
